Initial Consultation
This is the process when we sit down with you and find out what you are looking for in signage. Many customers may have ideas or desires but lack the knowledge of what is available and what can be done in the industry. This is where our 100 years in the sign business becomes vital. We will meet with you on site, or in our shop to begin our consultation.
Our team members will help you decide what products or services would best fit the project you are looking to have done. Customer service is key in our business because we are not looking for a one-time sale; we want to build a long-lasting, back and forth, business relationship. Our goal will always be to give you, the customer, exactly what you want while making sure it is what you need. We will make sure these two variables always line up because if they don’t, we are not doing our job.
Presentation
Our experienced and seasoned sales team will put together a package consisting of your sign quote and various artworks for your review. If any changes or revisions need to happen, your salesperson will get with our design team to revise the artwork. Once both the quote and the artwork are to your liking, your project will move into the permitting process. At this point in the sales process, our sales staff will collect the signed quote, signed artwork, and a 50% deposit [65% deposit for EMC's] from you. We try to take the headache out of the experience, so we handle all permitting and zoning for your project from start to finish. Once permitting is approved, your project moves into the hands of our fabricators.
Design
Our team of graphic designers has been in the business of branding companies for years! The awesome thing about our designers is that they take your ideas and bring them to life. The sign industry is unique because there are so many avenues and mediums that you can use to advertise and market your company. Our team has seen them all. We know what will work and what might need a tweak when it comes to your specific branding or logo. Whether you already have a branding, or if you are coming in with an idea written on a napkin, we are here to help bring it to life.
Unlike our competitors, we don’t charge for our design time; but rather give you the design should you move forward with the signage package from Bill Carr Signs. Production
Our team of fabricators has been in the industry for decades. We build custom fabricated signs from scratch. There is no project too big or too small for our fabricators to handle. We put the same amount of pride and effort into a $25 wall sign as we do a $125,000 pylon sign. All our signage is built to industry standards and tested in house before being installed in the field. We pride ourselves in the product we offer and because of that, we guarantee your satisfaction!
Installation
Our installers are professional sign hangers with decades of experience in the sign industry. You can rest assured that your signage will be installed permanently, professionally, and up to industry code. Bill Carr Signs takes care of the permit process; guaranteeing your sign will meet local sign/zoning ordinances. We perform surveys before the job is even built to guarantee a smooth process from start to finish.
Our team is not only prompt and proficient during our installation process, but we are safe. Safety is key when it comes to the success of our installs. Our crews are CPR trained, OSHA 30 certified, and have their crane certifications. Bill Carr Signs has had 100 years to learn, grow, and perfect this trade, rest assured you are in good hands!

Bill Carr Signs has been a full-service sign company since 1919. That means we have been helping companies like yours keep your signs up and running for 100 years! Bill Carr Signs fabricates our signs at the highest industry standard but over time, signs start to show and experience wear and tear. This wear and tear is natural and inevitable, but don’t worry, we are here to help!
There are many reasons that your sign may need to be serviced. Your neon unit may have leaked all the gas out of it and is no longer lighting. The electrical in your sign may have shorted out; this can cause numerous issues. Overtime fluorescent tubes and light bulbs burn out. Bill Carr Signs is not limited to repair and maintenance of your sign but we also service parking lot lighting as well as retrofitting sign cabinets to energy saving LED.
